Christina Sanders is a documentary filmmaker and photographer who creates story-driven work that is rooted in authentic, collaborative relationships. Drawing inspiration from observational filmmaking techniques, she specializes in editorial, portraiture, and documentary-style projects.

After more than a decade in leadership roles in both private and nonprofit sectors, Christina earned a Professional Certificate in Visual Storytelling from Maine Media College in 2023 and committed herself to making still and moving images part of her daily life. Her work—both personal and professional, from poignant to playful—stems from her keen observations of the world around her and her deeply held belief that life’s smallest moments often hold the greatest meaning. She lives on Maine’s coast with her four-legged pal, Finn.

Christina is available to work with individuals, communities, and businesses to help them craft and elevate their stories. She feels especially at home partnering with nonprofits, helping them tell their stories in ways that nurture meaningful connections with their audiences and supporters.
